Our Vetting Process
Every center in our directory undergoes a rigorous four-step evaluation before being accepted into the RehabCollective network.
Verification of state licensing, JCAHO/CARF accreditation, and staff credentials including board certifications.
Review of treatment outcomes data, patient satisfaction surveys, completion rates, and long-term sobriety metrics.
Evaluation of physical facilities, safety protocols, staff-to-patient ratios, and available treatment modalities.
Annual re-evaluation ensures continued excellence. Centers failing to maintain our standards are removed from our collection.
Transparency
We believe in full transparency about how RehabCollective operates. Our service is funded through referral partnerships with treatment centers — this means our consultations are always free for individuals and families. Critically, referral fees never influence our recommendations. Every center must independently pass our vetting process, and our counselors recommend based on clinical fit, not financial arrangements.
